Arriving and leaving

• Check-in from 3:00 pm with the campground host.
• Check-out by 11:00 am. Late check-outs are charged.
• Arriving before or after office hours: call (719) 539-4888 first.
• If you already have a reservation, go to your site and check in during office hours.
• No-shows are charged the deposit and the site is released.
• Early departures are not refunded.

Smoking and alcohol

No smoking anywhere on the property or in any facility. No alcoholic beverages outside at any time.

Who can stay on a site

• RV sites hold up to six people, at least one an adult, plus one pet.
• Rates cover two people. Extra people are $15 each per night.
• Tent sites: one tent, two people, five nights maximum.
• More than two per tent is group tenting — $15 per person per night, all ages. Call to book.
• No tents on RV sites. No RVs on tent sites.
• River sites are nightly only, seven nights maximum.

Vehicles and parking

• One vehicle per site, parked in the designated area. Extra vehicles are $10 per night.
• Jack blocks required under all stabilizers.
• Speed limit is 5 mph. Children play here.
• Proof of insurance for the tow vehicle and the RV must be on file.
• The host issues a reservation card to display on your vehicle and RV.
• Day guests park in the overflow lot at the motel. Tent campers use the west lot.

Pets

• Two pets maximum. First is free, second is $10 per night.
• Leashed and attended at all times. Never left alone in the RV.
• No outside pens. Clean up everywhere.
• Please be kind to the ducks, geese and other wildlife.

Fires

• Fires only in the fire pan provided for your site. Don't move the pans.
• No cutting trees or scavenging firewood. Bundles are $7.
• No fireworks.

Quiet hours and noise

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Keep radios, televisions and other noise under control. Public drunkenness or drug use means immediate eviction.

Looking after the site

• Keep your site litter free. Bins are provided, and there's recycling for glass, plastic and aluminum.
• One picnic table per site.
• Pitch tents on the sanded areas and use the trails — it keeps the grass alive.
• No nails, spikes or screws in live trees.
• No clotheslines, hanging laundry or carpet on the grass.

Facilities

• Bath house is on the west end of the upper property. Registered guests only; the host gives you the access code.
• The pavilion is open to all guests when it isn't booked for an event.
• No swimming or wading in the ponds at any time.
• Children under 12 need an adult with them at all times, including at the amenities.

Utilities and services

• Water, Wi-Fi and the bath house are included on every site.
• Monthly sites are metered for electricity and billed separately.
• Honey wagon is free for stays of seven nights or more, once a week. You need to be there to hook up.
• Winter storage is $75 per month with insurance on file.

Lodge rooms

• No food or drink in the rooms.
• You're responsible for damage.
• Open a window in summer; use the thermostat in winter. Don't set the heat above 75°F.
• Lights off and doors locked when you leave.

Deposits and cancellation

Deposits are paid by credit card; walk-ins may pay by check. Full deposit and cancellation detail is on the rates page. To change or cancel, call the camp host at (719) 539-4888.

Liability

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or losses on the property. We reserve the right to refuse service or end a stay where these guidelines aren't followed.
